Mary encouraged me to view a property I had originally put in the “no” pile. She was so confident that it could be for us that she made me an appointment to view the very next day!

Mary became involved with my property search after we'd spent the best part of two years yo-yo-ing our property on and off the market. Although I looked at the property pages every day, we just couldn't find our dream home. We weren't easy people to please as our new home had to be in the right school catchment area, at the right price and - hardest of all - we wanted for a picture postcard pretty cottage. Most people would have run a mile but Mary was confident she could find us an exact match. In the end, Mary managed to find a cottage well inside the catchment area but, even better, it's in a rural location… we overlook a field with horses. Also, thanks to Mary pointing out to the owners about our great position (sold with no chain) - we managed to have our 'cheeky' offer accepted even though the owners had a week of viewings lined up! Four years on and I still notice people who stop outside and marvel at this little 'hidden' gem that they hadn't realised was there and we certainly wouldn't have found it either without Mary.
