We do this by first establishing your requirements and then shaping our service to reflect this.

After an initial free consultation to discuss your requirements, we charge a sign-up fee for an initial three month search (this may include viewing up to 5 properties on your behalf). Your search can be cancelled or renewed after this time.

This sign up fee will be deducted from our final fee, should you wish to fully utilise our service.

Our fee will be discussed with you, once we have established your requirements. Each client's needs are dealt with on an individual basis.
