After an initial free consultation to ascertain your full purchasing requirements, we will compile a list of properties available using all means available to us. This includes scouring property websites, property papers, speaking directly to estate agents, construction companies and private vendors.

With our good relationships with local estate agents, we frequently become aware of properties not yet on the market, working hard to ensure you are the first to view!

Our initial search will be presented to you as soon as it is finalised to our satisfaction.

Once you have drawn up a short-list of properties selected from our initial investigations, we can personally visit properties on your behalf. We will then provide you with a thorough and honest report on everything we view, both in relation to the property and the surrounding area.

When you have selected a property, if required, we can negotiate with the estate agent or vendor on your behalf. Our aim is to make our service "self-funding" by negotiating the best price for you.

We can provide full support during the whole process up to Completion. We will keep in close contact with solicitors and agents on your behalf, and keeping you fully informed of progress. Progressing a sale can be extremely time consuming and frustrating - so let us do it for you!
