Derbyshire Relocations is owned and managed by Mary Johnson-Evans who lives in Duffield, 5 miles north of Derby City Centre. Mary has many years' experience of working in the property market including sales, lettings and new homes.

Moving to Derbyshire from London with a young family, Mary remembers all too clearly what a time consuming and frustrating time she had! “My husband's work relocated to Derby and we had a time scale of three months to find ourselves a suitable property. We were unsure whether to live in the centre of Derby or one of the beautiful surrounding villages. We had no idea where to start looking - Derbyshire was completely new to both of us!”

A good school for their son, a short commute to work and wanting to live amongst like minded people were high on their wish list.
